Result: Responsible for the move to enchancing the image and marketing for CMG. Included a comprehensive Public Relations program, International Conference mailings that transitions from photocopied sheets to professional programs and pre-conference poster mailings, a new CMG brochure development and Membership binder. Association and profession awareness, membership and revenues increased dramatically.

Developed a marketing strategy and product colorline reflecting consumer decorating colors and needs.

Results: Product line sales eclipsed competition, and sales increased in a declined product category, while reducing carried inventory significantly.
